Did anyone else know that when Herm Edwards
went all conservative, they would lose the game?

I was thinking 'what the hell is he doing - this is 4 yards closer than the one he just missed, you really want to tempt the football gods that much?'

Well, he did - and after they missed that 2nd figgie, I told my son, 'this one's over.' Steelers win.
He said 'how do you know?'
I said 'just watch.'

1. I had completely blacked out by then
I honestly have no memory of anything after Ben's interception except me burying my head in the carpeting screaming "No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No!"

2. Me too, me too
My best friend called me after the game and said, "We did win, right?"
She was at the stadium.

3. Yes exactly.
burning 2 and 1/2 minutes to try a 47 yarder was basically pulling a Kerry and declaring defeat

4. Seriously.
If he really wanted to win - at least TRY to get to the 10 yd line.

5. two reasons he did that
(a) he doesn't trust his quarterback
(b) he doesn't trust his offensive coordinator

One will not be back next year. One was signed to $64 million for 7 years.
