1. This should cost Crawford his job.
The NBA can't have that going into the playoffs. This guy has a history of putting his stamp on a game. You can't allow someone who carries a grudge to officiate the most important games of the season.

11. I think Crawford was wrong but,
it was a long shot at best for the Spurse to make up 2 games on the Suns for the 2nd seed in the West. Again, I'm not sure what the hell Crawford was thinking but the Suns pretty much had the 2 seed wrapped up.

3. That was the most fucked up thing I've ever seen involving refs....
(and I don't give 2 shits about either team.)

8. according to Stern on Dan Patrick's show
Crawford thinks he did the right thing and would do it again. that probably didn't help his cause. also, what was Stern going to do, suspend him for three series and bring him back for the finals? (paraphrase of Stern)

9. I was watcihng this as it happened, it looked like Duncan was laughing at him
Edited on Tue Apr-17-07 07:38 PM by LSK
I dont know what words were said for the 1st T but it definately looked like Duncan was laughing at a later call in a mocking fashion.

That being said, Duncan is one of the top citizens of the NBA and is of the highest quality.

10. PTI: Stern said Crawford probably would retire
Edited on Wed Apr-18-07 08:29 AM by PDittie
Everybody except Stern seemed surprised when he said that.
