Marlins' Dontrelle Willis arrested in SoBe on DUI charge

"Star Marlins pitcher Dontrelle Willis was arrested outside a South Beach nightclub this morning on a DUI charge, Miami Beach police said.

Police approached Willis, 24, about 4 a.m. after he stepped out of his black Bentley and urinated on the street. He was arrested in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue near the nightclub Mansion, said Bobby Hernandez, a department spokesman.

Willis failed a field sobriety test, police said. He later refused a Breathalyzer test.

He was being held in the Miami-Dade County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000."

First off.... If you stop and pee on a South Beach street lined with nightclubs, it's pretty obvious you're drunk. I've partied many times down in SB and it's quite obvious that there's a large police presence.
