And you know how much we respect KO!

I'm still going with the A's.

He said that on ESPN radio today. He also said that the Georgie should not fire Joe Torre. Pinella belongs in the 1980's and Girardi wouldn't last past July.

1. Piniella belongs in the 1880s!
I live in Seattle, and though I didn't really like Lou to begin with (after that scrap he had with Rob Dibble, not that I'm excusing Dibble but I can't bear when sports people challenge each other to "be a MAN"), I really disliked him after a press conference where a woman reporter asked him about the pitch count and he said, "what do YOU know about the pitch count, young lady?" GRRRRR...

2. Living in Northern California and being an A's fan, I have to admit
Detroit looks unbeatable. Especially if Rogers and Bonderman pitch like they did against the Yankees. And Detroit is a more complete team than the A's at the plate.

But that's why they play the games...

3. Trust me, many of us on this side
think the same way about you guys, lol. You dismantled a team that dogged us all year and wound up passing us and getting the division right at the end. It should be a great series!

4. They've got better pitching than the Metropolitans, so perhaps. nt
