Seriously, does anyone think otherwise? The judges have been aching to give it to Slutskaya--that fix is already in. Ice dancing is always fixed, so that's a a given. And Plushenko actually does deserve to win the men's.

6. Yeah, the top photo is of some woman that has been airbrushed to

take off about 30 pounds. Off each hip. The bottom photo is of the Russian figure skating squad--Slutskaya is in the middle.

7. Did some more research. Some of her more recent photos fail to...

reach the level of extraordinary hotness that the world has come to expect of Soviet/Russian figure skaters, but Slutskaya was perfectly hot back when she was 18 or so. Right now she doesn't look terrible or all that great. Of course Katarina Witt, the East German figure-skating queen, was/is far better looking.

8. Basically, Sluyskya is a hefty girl...not that there's anything wrong with

that...but it is a lot about image, so that photo you show must be part of her make-over. My problem with her is that she has absolutely no charm on the ice. All her stuff is falt and unimaginative. But they're gonna give her the gold unless she screws up royally.
