Sorry Bungles, Your 15 Minutes Are Up
Yeah, that's right. Now that we've both played the same amount of games, your Pittsburgh Steelers are in their righteous place on top of the AFC North, with the Clowns and Ratbirds fighting it out for the basement.

It's nice watching Akili McBollerLeaf compete for Timmuh Thumbscrew's title for "worst QB drafted since Ryan Leaf"

1. Dude - they're still 7-2.
Are you really writing them off?

3. So Indy is the barometer
The team that if favored by everyone win the SB. I don't think you guys will fare a whole lot better when you play them in the dome on Monday Night.

4. we'll see i'll give the steelers a better chance of winning then
the bengals however. steelers better on the road, better against the run and secondary far better then the bengals. Third down a problem with them and needs to be fixed along with Ben. Still will make for one heck of game.

7. No one in Pittsburgh wants Maddox to throw the ball!
He is now a head case.

5. according to this reasoning...
every team should be written off. They are the SB favorites.

Sorry, but I am not so masochistic to believe that you gauge success and failure by how you do against the best team of the year.

They went from 2 to 8 to now 7 wins in 9 games over the past 3 1/2 seasons. There are 6 teams with 7 wins or more. Their 15 minutes is not over.

8. Why, yes, I am writing them off
Combined record of teams they've beaten: 20-43. The only team they beat with a winning record was Chicago in week three, when Orton was still getting used to the league. Factor out Chicago, and it drops to 14-40. They've lost to both solid teams they've played, and I fully expect Indy to hand their asses to them.
