Kyle Busch Loses License for Driving 128 Near a Day Care Center!
WHAT AN ASSHOLE!

http://sports.yahoo.com/nascar/news;_ylt=AuVqj9EeWnHqsPbdN8TF3Lg5nYcB?slug=ap-nascar-kylebusch-speeding

STATESVILLE, N.C. (AP)—NASCAR points leader Kyle Busch lost his driver’s license for 45 days on Tuesday for driving 128 mph on a road close to a day-care center and church in a nearly $400,000 car. His lawyer said his client was not treated “like any other citizen.”

Busch, who doesn’t need a license to compete in NASCAR, also was fined $1,000, sentenced to 30 hours of community service and put on one year of unsupervised probation. He pleaded guilty to speeding and no contest to reckless and careless driving in North Carolina District Court in Iredell County.

Busch addressed the court before his sentencing by District Court Judge H. Thomas Church, apologizing again for driving 128 mph in a 45 mph zone in a bright yellow 2012 Lexus on May 24.

1. Well, at least he is experienced at driving those speeds and he was not
drunk. Unlike a lot of other morans that try to drive 128mph.

Not an excuse. He is a good driver in NASCAR, but an asshole. I'm a Jeff Gordon and Mark Martin fan.

2. This thread needs to be moved out of the sports forum...
and into the NASCAR forum.

5. Can you legally drive a race car without a drivers license?

6. Good question.

NASCAR should fine him, too, at the very least, for conduct unbecoming to a professional driver.

7. They have kids running races, too young to have a drivers license
I imagine as long as they're not on public roads, it's not an issue.

8. Yeah.
No license needed to drive NASCAR or any other race not on public roads. You don't need a license to drive on non-public roadways either...I used to drive on the fire-access roads around my grandparents house when I was 13.

9. Yeah, he's clearly an idiot, but, uh, the speed limit is 45 near a day care center?
This sounds like some serious propaganda, on top of Mr. Busch's stupidity.
