Bobby Knight is a lying son of a bitch
If you give a shit the big lie a bit after 4:10.

John Wall was in class the day after Pitt beat us in the 2010 NCAA's. I swear if I ever see this big tall sack of bully boy lying shit I will put my foot so far up his ass his breath will smell like Kiwi.

Fuck you again General Asshole lets not forget the 1975 NCAA"s when your unbeaten "best team ever" got sent home by Kentucky. I bet you think about your loss every day when you aren't lying. Didn't you retire? your son just got retired. I bet that boy has some issues.

1. He should blame the NBA for the "one and done" players
Beyond that, fuck Bobby Knight. He was a prima donna and an asshole, and I say that as an IU fan.

2. I like IU too, it was our best rivalry.
Wildcats-Hoosiers used to be a happening. Got a good coach now if they give him time.

3. UK got beat by West Virginia in the 2010 NCAAs dumbass
Pittsnoggle played the game of his life and launched a hellacious barrage of Threes down on the stunned Wildcats.

Two points:

1) Knight's "graduation" rate was mostly due to the fact that administrators at schools where he coached were too intimidated by him to flunk his players.

2) Knight's version of basketball ended in the early 80s when Magic Johnson decided he didn't like Paul Westhead and got him fired. Once the players found out that they were in charge and not vice versa the game was never the same. It's no coincidence that Knight's record in the NCAA Tourney generally sucked after that change took effect. I think he got to the Final Four once in the 90s. Otherwise he was generally "One and Done."

5. Yeah, got my loses mixed up, TBI
Bobby at the end was as much a dinosaur as Adolph was in '72.
But, Adolph was not a complete bastard.

4. Knight apologizes for statement toward Kentucky
NEW YORK (AP) — Bob Knight has apologized to Kentucky and coach John Calipari after claiming that several of the Wildcats' players did not attend spring semester classes last year.

The Hall of Fame coach and college basketball analyst for ESPN blasted Calipari's habit of recruiting players who spend just a year on campus before bolting for the NBA during a speaking engagement in Indiana last weekend.

Knight said in a brief statement released by ESPN on Tuesday: "My overall point is that 'one-and-dones' are not healthy for college basketball. I should not have made it personal to Kentucky and its players and I apologize."

6. I just saw that too, thanks
It was a lame ass excuse of an apology.

ESPN analyst Bob Knight apologized Tuesday after making erroneous statements over the weekend about the academic record of Kentucky’s basketball team.

At a speaking engagement in Indiana on Saturday, Knight criticized the policy allowing players to go to the NBA after one season and incorrectly said that during the 2009-10 season, the starters on Kentucky’s NCAA tournament team did not attend class during the spring semester.

“My overall point is that ‘one and dones’ are not healthy for college basketball,” Knight said. “I should not have made it personal to Kentucky and its players and I apologize.”
