I've come to the conclusion the Celtics are losing because they don't want the #1 seed...
they don't want Indiana in the first round.


Am I right?

1. They'd would probably rather play the Knicks
Ever since that trade, they haven't been playing as well. I thought this would happen and so did many analysts because they gave up a lot for Carmello and Billups. With that they had nice team chemistry. The reason why I liked the trade for the Knicks is because Carmello and Amare are great players to build a team around long-term. Short-term I think the trade hurt but long-term, probably a good trade.

Now I don't think any team would purposely lose but from a who would I rather play stand-point. Knicks is probably who they want.

2. They can get them with a 2 seed, I think...
or play Philly being a 3 seed...although i think they'll be a #2.

Wonder if lakers really want that #1 so they have to play Oklahoma....
