About Sunday's America's Team victory...did anyone see Payless wave off someone on the sidelines

right before he threw that INT? It looked to me like he did wave either the coach or soemone off...probably they wanted him to spike the ball since they were in field goal range already...didn't appear to me as if he was GETTING the play or whatever from the sidelines, but letting them know what HE decided to do...ie., think he was gonna be the hero.
