Negro Leagues Baseball was honored Thursday with the unveiling of a 44-cent U.S. postage stamp at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. The stamp pays tribute to the all-black professional baseball leagues tha operated from 1920 to about 1960. A second commemorative stamp features the league's founder, Andrew ``Rube'' Foster, considered the ``father'' of the the league. DAVID PULLIAM/The Kansas City Star_07142010
