2. Now 34-33
They're also breaking the record for most matches ever in a first round game - 113 matches so far.
When everyone leaves the Federer match to watch this, it's clearly a world record.

11. No rain in the forecast, unluckily for the winner
Whether the organisers can have some leeway in scheduling them as the last of the next round matches, I'm not sure. There's been no delay so far, so they shouldn't have to push them hard to hold the next match.

34. I think they've still got about another hour left
they said that it was called for darkness last night at a little after nine (9:01?), and it's 8:10 now.

So the longest match in terms of games at Wimbledon, before this, was 112, and now they're guaranteed 104 in this set alone.

40. He's only got to hold serve three or four more times to get to where they might call the match for
darkness. I think that's got to be in the back of his mind now. He's clearly more concerned about conserving energy at this point than Mahut. But it's amazing that he's still in there ...

50. I watched it for about 15 minutes yesterday...found it boring.
Both guys were so tired that when they weren't serving they barely bothered to make an effort at a return. No wonder there have been hardly any breaks.

I'm not a tennis fan anyway.

53. At 61-61 I now find it irritating!
Tells you something about grass courts...if you're serving well, you win the game...it really does give an advantage to harder hitters and bigger servers...on any other surface, service isn't such an advantage.

60. And sadly, Isner has now lost his 2nd round match in straight sets
John Isner's record-breaking first-round match took its toll on Friday as he crashed out of Wimbledon in ignominious fashion.

The 25-year-old American looked completely drained of energy from his marathon triumph over Nicolas Mahut as he lost 6-0 6-3 6-2 to Dutchman Thiemo De Bakker, a player 30 places below him in the world rankings.

He's also pulled out of the doubles - officially, he has a toe injury.
