Then I saw the mound issues. I bet if he hadn't slipped a bunch of times, that K total would have been closer to what we saw Tuesday.

Though I would expect Strasburg was heavily scouted by Cleveland and I would further expect them to try to work the count up on him. They did, to a degree-- 95 pitches in 5 1/3 innings. But I think the mound was a handicap.
