3. Explanation
I reserve only two rights to bring you gloat free scores. One is that I put the scores of my local teams (I live in NorCal) in bold. When the A's or Giants lose, that's in bold, too. Second, as a baseball fan, I get to diss the DH.

As for the Orioles, I have always been a little partial to them because when I was growing up in Stockton, California, the Stockton Ports in the California League (Class A) were a farm team of the O's. I got to see Paul Blair and Wally Bunker before they were Paul Blair or Wally Bunker, but definitely showed the promise of the fine players they became.

L.A., San Diego, St. Louis, Philadelphia and Colorado through May 2 -- with the last three series in S.F.
