49ers CB Eric Green forcibly sodomized transgender New Yorker Angelina Mavilia
Edited on Fri Feb-05-10 04:16 PM by trumad
The Phins had him for a short period of time and when rumors of this popped up--- They immediately released him.

Apparently the Niners have no problem with it.

A transgender New Yorker has filed a $10 million sex assault suit against an NFL player - and in a separate action is also suing the city, saying she was abused and humiliated by cops.

Angelina Mavilia's legal action against cornerback Eric Green alleges he forcibly sodomized her.

<snip>

They went back to his condo, where Green, 27, assaulted her, she charges. He then got "extremely agitated and threatening," according to court documents, and warned: "This never happened. You'd better not tell."

3. He's a free agent
Edited on Fri Feb-05-10 04:37 PM by JonLP24
49ers released him before the season started. Anyways the reason he probably never stayed with either team is because he wasn't talented enough, he got burn far too often while playing for the Cards last either. Either way it's a civil suit and wonder why no charges filed? Likely not enough evidence and in a civil case the burden of proof is not as high to win a judgment.

On edit: The part of the headline "her lawsuit claims" can fit in the subject line.

Mavilia accuses Green of sodomizing her in Arizona last year, when Green was a Cardinal. Green was cut by the Dolphins last September and has not been in the NFL since

8. Let me get this straight
A civil suit is filed against Irvin, it's because of "money"?

Now a civil suit is filed against Green a year after the fact with very little info in the article you act like he is guilty and "disgraceful".

Is Roethlisberger guilty? He has a similar lawsuit against him. These are not even criminal cases and even then they have to be proven guilty in court.

14. Lets take a look at what happened to Green...
as I've already commented..the lack of any stats by Green as a 49er should set you to wondering...but then you're an amateur detective. And as you have proven in the past, thinking is not exactly your strong suit.

Lets take a look at what happened to Green:

8-30-09

Veteran cornerback Eric Green was among 20 players cut by the 49ers on Saturday to get their roster down to 53, the odd man out in a deep and experienced secondary.

Green signed with the Niners on Aug. 20. He spent the last four seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, then signed with the Dolphins as an unrestricted free agent on March 12 this year before being released Aug. 19.

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/245236-niners-cut-5

So, Green was with the 49ers less than 2 weeks, trying to make the team, which he was unable to do..

Dope

Edited on Fri Feb-05-10 05:49 PM by Upton
as Jon has pointed out, he was part of the final roster cut. He was with the Niners less than 2 weeks..

One would think you would have noticed Green's lack of 2009 stats, but, then, you really are an amateur aren't you?

that's a far cry from claiming Green was actually a member of the 49ers. Of course, what else can you do but backpedal?.. You've been confronted with the evidence that Green was never actually a member of the team.

Obviously, I've won this round..

Upton and the 49ers will be expecting an apology...

Cornerback Eric Green, a four-year veteran, signed with the 49ers on Wednesday night. The National Football Post first reported that the sides had agreed to terms on a one-year deal and the 49ers just confirmed that the deal was done.

and that indeed the last team he signed with was the Niners...

we can now say that former Cowboy Irvin and former Niner Green were accused of Rape this last week.

38. And RELEASED
which at the most makes Green an EX Niner..something you failed to put in your thread title, suggesting he was currently a 49er. Check out my thread title on Irvin, I make it quite clear that Irvin is an EX Cowboy. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=215x135915

Of course, there's always the possibility, one that I think is probably true, that you really thought Green was now on the 49er roster. You just failed to check the situation out before plunging on ahead, and now you look foolish.

It's the kind of thing an amateur does. Now you've been schooled..

33. 'sign' is not 'associate'
Keep moving them goalposts, trumad. You're so desperate to get people to share your irrational hatred of the 49ers, you'll say that the 49ers knew about the rape allegation from back when he was playing for the Cardinals, but pretend that the Dolphins didn't know about it when they signed him before the 49ers. And that the Seahawks didn't know about it when they tried him out afterwards. In your brain, only the evil 49ers have this magical knowledge of rape charges when they haven't been made.

In the end, you've stooped to using rape allegations just to indulge your hatred of a football team. Stay classy, trumad.

34. Don't know who the fuck you are ---- are you new to the sports forum?
Because you'd know that I have no hate for the Niners---hell....I lived in SF for a decade in the eighties and I admired the franchise accomplishments during the Bill Walsh era.

It ain't the Niners I go after... it's the couple of Douchebags who troll this forum with their weak douche smack talk.

Douche one is eating worm dirt---douche two---who I suspect is douche one, still trolls with his bullshit.

For instance---douche two--- who is really douche one---posted that Mike Irvin was accused of rape... This was douche two who is really douche one's attempt to smack a known Cowboy fan here in the forum.

So---I thought I'd have some fun with the douche and post that a Niner was having the same type of trouble. And yes--- his last signed team was the Niners...

So--- welcome to the sports forum. I hope you continue to post in the sports forum and I hope you learn a thing or two.
