Muschamp to Tennessee.
Edited on Tue Jan-12-10 11:39 PM by Elwood P Dowd
Strong rumor from SEC country. UT cannot afford to let this go more than a couple of days. They are losing numerous big-time national recruits.

Edit to add: David Cutcliffe is another name in the mix. This will be interesting.

5. I agree with your post title but not its content...
those guys did not deserve to be shit on by the punk Kiffin

Oh, yes, they did. UT laid out as much money as they could on the most mercenary staff you could imagine. They hired the Blackwater of coaching staffs. That staff was going to drop UT the second something better came available. The fact that something came available at the worst possible time for UT was nothing but pure karma.

I didn't disagree with the part about Pearl, though. That bastard can coach.

6. I was feeling for the players
Lane "Violation" Kiffin sucks. I love to hate good coaches like Pearl, Spurrier, etc. but he is a prick that will burn out.

7. as much as I hate Tennessee
as a Crimson Tide fan, I do feel sympathy for their players and fans. We know what it's like to be in the wilderness with chaos in the coach's office.
