After Steve Spurrier he won't look at college coaches ever again. He's happy with NFL proven people.

Ol Norv is doing quite well for himself these days. I've always liked him. BTW Norv wasn't hired by Snyder. He was hired by Jack Kent Cooke.

For Al Davis. Or for Detroit. Or for Cleveland. Snyder tries to win. And he pays well. There are far worse franchises.
