Phin game should be interesting tonight...
Edited on Thu Nov-19-09 07:58 AM by trumad
The Wildcat has been clipped for the rest of the season without Ronnie Brown and now Ricky has to take the reigns with the running game.

Ricky can run the shotgun but not as effectively as Ronnie did... so---do they switch to the traditional running game---or do they continue to use the Wildcat in hybrid fashion--IE: more playing time for Pat White?

Here's how I think it will shake out tonight... Carolina will stack the line forcing the Phins to throw the ball. If Henne has success throwing, it will open up the running game a bit allowing Ricky to romp for a big game. If the passing game flounders, it will be a long night for the Phins.

Prediction--- Ricky will have a big night tonight---

1. Sure if you like watching paint dry
I expect a couple mediocre teams to put on a mediocre performance. It'll be nothing like the heart stopping action we saw in the 49ers game last Thursday.

See, I told you the Dolphins would be better off with Chad #2. It's a blessing in disguise that the weakling (Chad #1) got injured. Can't say the same thing about Brown's injury though...that's going to hurt the Dolphins big time. Of course, what's really hurting Miami is that they're playing a REAL schedule this year.

3. I should have had a douchebag countdown...damn
Dude--- the San Francisco 49ers have the easiest schedule in the league and are 4-5.

Now it's true that the Phins (4-5) have an upward battle with the leagues hardest schedule--- but what is the excuse for the Niners?

4-5 with the leagues easiest schedule....

douche

6. Once again..you're spreading lies
the 49ers do not have "the easiest schedule in the league"....According to ESPN, based on their opponent's performance in 2008 the 49ers have the 26th toughest. There are some well known teams with an easier schedule than the Niners.

26. San Francisco 49ers
27. Arizona Cardinals
28. Baltimore Ravens
29. Pittsburgh Steelers
30. Green Bay Packers
31. Minnesota Vikings
32. Chicago Bears.

7. 2008 records should be thrown out of the equation
For example teams with the Bengals on their schedule got a knock making their schedule weaker because they had just 5 wins last year(I think) when this year they are 7-2 so really they had a tough Bengals team on their schedule.

8. So let's talk about that for a minute...
Edited on Thu Nov-19-09 09:56 AM by trumad
RedZone.com say's the Niners are ranked 28th---ESPN says 26th... so let's average and go 27th out of a 30 team league.
http://www.theredzone.org/strength.asp

So--- you and Douche one have harped for the last several months about the Phins er easy schedule in 2008 and that they will now have to play a "real" schedule in 2009.

Well in 2008, the Phins were ranked 21 for ease of schedule... not 28---not 27--- not 26th.... 21

So I guess what you're saying is that the Niners are not playing a "real" schedule?

The Phins went 11-5 with the 21st ranked schedule in 2008.... which means that the Niners will have to go undefeated (win their last 7 games)to accomplish an 11-5 record.

Snarf--ain't no way that is going to happen.

See that's why you and your little buddy are Douchebags... you spout your shit only to have your testicles crushed at a later date.

Oh---and Douchebag one---I know you're flogging yourself right now as you read this....crying and screaming as you fail to claw your way out of the grave that you now reside in.

God I love it.

Douche one

Douche two

5. The opposite is sorta true for Carolina
The Panthers can run the ball just about as well as most teams in the league so the key there is to make Delhomme beat Miami with his arm.

I wish I could watch the game--NFL Network

But it won't be like watching paint dry.

The question is---what Delhomme will show up tonight... If it's the good one...the Phins could be in trouble.

12. I don't think the Phins have actually been on in the DC area, this year.
They are not playing the NFC East of the AFC Norse. Do they have any Sunday or Monday night games?

I have not seen them play yet this year.

19. I know my Ricky...
The dude is a great back and is playing high caliber ball.

Henne played well enough to keep Carolina honest.

Miami's offensive line is decimated with injuries but they gutted it ou last night. They wanted it more than Carolina.

This is the imprint that the Tuna has put on this team. They're mean and nasty which is something the Phins haven't been in a long time.

23. And there lies your douchebaggery in all it's glory.
A typo prevents you from answering the post below? Too funny

Fact is, you can't answer it because it will clearly expose what a douchebag you are.

Over and over you chirped about the Phins having to play a "real" schedule this season---- because according to you and douche one, the Phins in 2008 had it easy with the 21st easiest schedule out of a league with 32teams.

Well--- if that's the case, are the niners playing a "real" schedule with the 27 easiest schedule in a league of 32?

I can't wait to see you explain this one douche.

24. A typo?
Yeah sure, I believe that.:eyes:..

The NBA, MLB, and the NHL all have 30 teams.. obviously, while digging through that hazy dead zone that inhabits the area between your ears, you came to the erroneous conclusion that the NFL must have 30 teams as well.

Well, at least now you've learned something....thanks to Upton.

27. Tell my why
I should even entertain that question? You went for months last season, refusing to admit what you knew to be the truth...that your lousy Phins were being aided by a soft schedule. That 11-5 record was nothing but illusion, something you were aware of yet continued to deny. Only now, a year later, have you come out and admitted there was truth behind the charges myself and cboy made.

So, in keeping with the your fine example, I'll do you the same courtesy you afforded me...I'll answer you next year.

28. You're a Douche...
Here's one of the many posts from you on the subject:

Over and over you and Douche one claimed that the Phin's will be playing a "real" schedule in 2009. Why did you harp on that so much?

Because you claim the Phins had an easy schedule in 2008. They were ranked number 21 out of 32 in 2008.

So my question to you is.... Are the Niners playing a "real" Schedule in 2009? After all they are ranked number 27?

Also: The Phins went 11-5 with the 21 ranked easiest schedule in 2008.

Will the Niners go 11-5 with the 27 ranked easiest schedule in 2009?

Answer that Douchebag.
