Buffalo gets the shaft from Titans' owner and then gives it to the coach.
The underachieving Buffalo Bills have pulled the plug on Dick Jauron.

The team fired Jauron today after a 3-6 start. NFL.com said defensive coordinator Fewell Perry will take over as interim head coach. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Jauron was "blindsided" by the news after meeting with team owner Ralph Wilson.

Jauron was in his fourth season in Buffalo. He finished 7-9 in his first three season with the Bills....
