Wow, There Are No NBA Threads Here
Is this a bad sign for the league? Not one NBA thread on a DU board. I know L.A. and NY are out of the playoffs, but where are the Bulls fans or the Celtics fans?

2. Philly lost tonight...
To Boston. My Nets are a game behind in the race for the final playoff spot.

We might even catch Cleveland and get the No. 7 seed.

We'd be a tough out in the playoffs.

I know it sucks that there's hardly a mention of the NBA on DU, I mean, how can it compare with the opening of a sport that only has 150+ more games to it?

:eyes:

3. I started an NBA thread when Shawn Kemp got arrested.
Does that count?

My team (the Trail Blazers -- Jail Gangstas) is a bunch
of thugs and criminals, and their broadcasting team is
a group of homer homey clowns.

Basketball was just an interim sports fix after football
was over. I have baseball now.

4. As a Sonic fan, I tried starting a thread
But then I sprained my thumb and I'm out 4-6 weeks.

It's been brutal for us out here.

5. While not a huge NBA fan
I will say to watch out for the "Baby Bulls". They probably won't win the championship, but they are young and have figured out how to win and play as a team. This year they may get into the second round but next year...Boy I'm getting tired of "Wait until next year".

8. I Had One Earlier About The Baby Bulls
But, you're right. Not much NBA talk here. But, with baseball season starting, the NFL draft, golf starting, the Masters, etc. i think the NBA is in the lull before the playoffs. Playoff basketball will get some juices flowing.
