ever notice how many yankees fans have shown up in the last couple weeks?

not just here, but everywhere. Facebook was suddenly swarmed by yankees fans, people who I had no idea even LIKED sports are suddenly die hard yankees fans. DU has bascially been controlled by Red Sox, Cubs, Marlins, Giants, and Pirates fans. Suddenly yankee fans are EVERYWHERE. Funny how their fan ranks swell when they do good... :eyes:

and yes, for bandwagoners, they sure have some thin skin. Of course, that's probably WHY they have the thin skin. You can bash my Marlins all you want, I've rooted for them since 1994 and I'll STILL root for them when I'm old and gray. The bandwagoners are VERY insecure about their fandom and so must go overboard in their defense of the team to prove how big a fan they truly are.

Its really easy to be a Yankee fan. Takes a lot more loyalty and hard headedness to be a Nats fan...:P
