The standard which the Declaration of Independence applies to government can and should be applied to the corporation. The people have the right to alter or abolish any entity that is destructive to life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness.

9. What has been obliterated in the last hundred years is that the

corporation is a charter granted by the government. As originally intended, corporations were to have no "personhood" rights. We can all see what has happened to that.
