NFC East News: Haynesworth Knee Injection
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/08/03/AR2009080302719.html

from the article

Haynesworth, who signed the most lucrative contract awarded a defensive player in NFL history in the offseason, has played a full 16 games only once in his seven-year career, and that was back in his rookie season of 2002. Zorn, though, said the injection of Synvisc, which is similar to natural knee fluid, has no bearing on Haynesworth's durability this year.

3. So how are Skins fans feeling about 2009?
I'm not so down on your QB, he's had flashes.

4. if the offensive line plays well he should be fine
Most of his issues had to do with lack of protection. Most fans aren't sure. I've heard predictions here from 6-10 to 11-5. I think 9-7 or 10-6 is not unreasonable.

2. Unless he can play QB, it doesn't really matter.
The team with the racist nickname is finishing last in the division.

5. I had those injections. It's a synthetic version of the knee's natural lubricant
it's like giving the joint a shot of WD40. It's been out for years and I have often wondered why more athletes haven't used it.
