Some thoughts on peace

These come from the book "The Keys of Jeshua" by Glenda Green, and present a mystical Christian's thoughts on peace:

Peace is a perspective, a place of being that each soul can choose to hold and unfold into the world. It is not something you find or establish outside yourself first and then adapt to fit. Much energy and futile effort has been spent in looking for peace that way. Jeshua taught me that there is no better way to find your true self than to earnestly the ways and nature of your own peace. For there is one certainty--you cannot find the peace of another soul. It might also be fruitful to consider the even chaos has a spiritual function of challenging us to seek peace first within ourselves.

1. Yes, as I have said before...

peace is internal-- a state of personal being, a unity.

Peace is not the absence of war or violence, a negative, bit peace is positive and proactive. Externally, peace exists when people are in unity with themselves and their community.

The amount of peace in the world is in direct correlation to the amount of peace people have within themselves. All external action is manifestation of the internal state. Inner peace is a real, worldy, applicable force as gandhi and MLK have taught us.

the only peace is inner. There will never be peace without. Unless somebody puts prozac in the water supply or something.
