When I write "any," I mean, ANY. Meditation, yoga---burn incense for ritualistic purposes---you can be a Christian, Athiest, Buddhist, Jainist....doesn't matter.

Recongition of common thoughts concerning Taoism? Its not that I follow Taoism. I just recognise that I share many ideas with the teachings of Lao Tsu.
