I guess faith in Jesus really does lead to great prosperity... for those select few at the top.

What a racket.

100% tax free wealth too.

4. Jesus had a special kind of relationship..
with the money changers in the Temple. It had something to do with his referring to them as a "den of vipers". Mr. Dollar is either very misguided or he's not worried about his eternal reward.

5. Is that his real name?! All too appropriate, if so.

As of 2007, the congregation has grown to 30,000 members with $69 million in revenue (gross cash collections) for 2006...

Dollar is known for his controversial teachings of Prosperity theology. He has been criticized for his lavish lifestyle as he owns two Rolls-Royces, a private jet, a million dollar home in Atlanta, and a 2.5 million dollar home in Manhattan.

Dollar has refused to disclose his salary and Creflo Dollar Ministries received a grade of "F" for financial transparency by the organization MinistryWatch.

I sometimes catch ol' Creflo bloviating on Sunday mornings, when I'm in the mood for some Recreational Xianity. And can't find my preferred Spiritual Sabbath Guidance - the Three Stooges or Bugs Bunny. He hammers very hard on the message of "give to me 'n Gawd and you'll get some money back." His wife's name is Taffi Dollar.

For the record, the first (but far from the last) crooked evangelist in the city of Los Angeles was the also aptly-named William Money, who showed up around 1857.
