4. Only possible connection to religion and theology:
bananas is ingesting hallucinogenic substances in a form of shamanism. Maybe the legend of smoking dried banana skins really has something to it ... :shrug:

5. James Randi worked with Alice Cooper during the '74 tour
according to wikipedia. I'll assume that is true but, though I've heard his story about working for Cooper, I don't recall when he said it was. Not knowing much about Alice Cooper I'll leave it to you to figure out if that would have been the "Welcome to my Nightmare" times.
