F'n Death Cult is what it looks like to me.. he also has a set of tapes about the end times , can you direct me to a site that explains the background and history of these people.. my brother needs some real DETOX from this.. he might read some logical historical explanations. he is soooo depressed !!

1. My brother-in-law (a fundie) gave my wife one of his books.

I took a look at it, and found every page full of bad arguments and fallacious reasoning. He purports to be an "objective journalist" who decided to look into the claims of Christianity, and, lo and behold, comes down on the side of faith. Actually he just sets up straw dog arguments to knock them down.

There is a book written in response. I haven't read it, so I don't know how good it is. It's called "Challenging the Verdict: Lee Strobel's "The Case For Christ"".

2. i found some info on Strobel & another link i figured he is connected with

or maybe he is just making millions on all the many similar books he is writing.. I just cant believe his Conversion.. seems to be dishonest and just a hook to make it believable.. and a book the fundies would then send their unbelieving friends and relatives like my brother tried to do to me.

this is a very interesting article.. explains alot i was confused about.. even made sense to my 83 year old mother.. who is pissed at the negative media... and the wet brain alcoholic moron president.

took me a while to figure out how to get around all the Advertisements for all the many books he writes.. i was hoping he had some tractable history, other than being a Lawyer,.
