Not sure if this is the right place

But does anyone have some good curry recipes? I was more interested in how to make the curry sauce, but anything would be good. Not a big fan of beef or pork, but chicken and vegies is good.

Also crawfish. Where's a good place to order from online?

Even in these trying times one has to eat, and it seems some of my favorite places have gone out of bissness.

Thai, Indian, West Indian etc. And they are all different. The most important thing is to grind your own spices or buy fresh ground. I recently received a gift from www.worldspice.com and they have the freshest spices I have ever tasted. They grind your order custom.

Also, if you like spice, they will grind you their own smoked paprika. It is incredible. Not hot but smokey and rich. They don't take credit cards so you order, they send the product and then you send a check.

7. Here's my homemade recipe for Saag
or curried spinach.

Saute chopped onions in butter or olive oil until transparent. Add cumin, coriander, and tumeric in proportions that are right for you. I am heavy on cumin, and make it 1 tsp. tumeric, 2 tsp. coriander and 3 tsp. cumin. When things start cookin' nice, add the spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. Place the mixture in a blender with some milk or yogurt---puree until smooth. You can add farmer's cheese or chickpeas if you want--return the puree to the pan and add those items and heat.
