Just decided to find out who the actress at the plantation that delivers the line "There are two of you don't you see, one that kills, and one that loves".

Aurore Clement. Don't think that I have seen her in anything else.

Also, this was interesting. Lance, the surfer dude. His name is Lance Johnson. During the mail scene after the Dulong/Do Long bridge and just before Green is killed, Chef is handing out mail and calls out - 'L.B. Johnson'.

As in Lydon Baines Johnson.
