Actors Complain About Snarky Tweets During Auditions
Play nice.

Earlier this week a series of messages was posted Wednesday on the Twitter feed of Daryl Eisenberg, a casting director whose company, Daryl Eisenberg Casting, has handled shows including "Altar Boyz" and "Gossip Girl," among others.

Without mentioning actors by name, Ms. Eisenberg appeared to be commenting on their performances with messages like, "If we wanted to hear it a different way, don't worry, we'll ask," or "if you are going to sing about getting on your knees, might as well do it and crawl towards us...right?"
In a later messages on Ms. Eisenberg's feed (which now has more than 1,800 followers), she also fired a preemptive strike at any potential critics, writing: "There is NO rule/guideline against Twitter/Facebook/MySpace/Friendster. Freedom of speech. Ever heard of it?"

2. "Freedom of Speech" has become "I reserve the right to be an absolute prick."
We really have lost any sense of dignity, decency, and civility, haven't we?

3. Sadly
"freedom of speech" has become more popular than "knowing when to shut the fuck up"

5. I learned my lesson about that when I was younger...
My therapist said I just might have "too good a filter."

6. Yep, and it's why I don't go out much, and why I'm moving to Canada
the minute I retire. Canadians still know how to act like decent human beings.

7. Inappropriate. She and the Plays She's Hired to Cast For Should Be Boycotted

She'll change her tune in all of 3 minutes.

ps - I'm so fracking sick of the destructive bullshit being spawned by jealous, over-compensating non-performers in the entertainment industry ...
