Susan Boyle to sing for President Obama
Susan Boyle has been invited to sing before US President Barack Obama on the 4th of July.

Boyle's brother Gerry said "Her dream is still very much alive. In fact, it's only just starting... She's been battered non-stop for the last seven weeks and it has taken its toll. But she'll be looking forward now to the Fourth of July."

I hope for her a speedy recovery.

2. You know, you've got to love a celebrity where the owner of her local pub gets interviewed as a
reference.

She's fookin' good.

3. This is cool, but I must ask
what does a citizen of the U.K sing to the president of the U.S. on our Independence Day?

If Bush were still president she could sing "Who's Sorry Now?" to the people of the U.S. but I just can't imagine what she'll pick.

4. I can't imagine what she'll sing
I hadn't thought about it. I'm just tickled to hear that she would be performing for our President. That's really a great question. Any ideas on what she'll sing anyone?

8. Why not I Dreamed a Dream?
Wasn't Obama's election the answer to MLK's "I have a dream" speech?

12. She'll probably sing something irreverent and funny - to get a start on Broadway

Her career is likely to be away from London if she wants to break into television and movies

her White House invitation is the second from the Obamas after she was asked to attend a the White House Correspondent’s Dinner but that show rules prevented her from attending.

“None of the acts are allowed to go for any events until the show is over so we had to decline on her behalf,” the rep said.

19. I think I can safely recommend this movie, "Little Voice" to S.Boyle fans.
It's about a young woman with a remarkable voice, you can't believe that voice comes out of this girl.

Featuring Ewan McGregor and Michael Caine.
