Smallville season finale tonight...

At the end I looked at my wife and said "That's it"

I was certainly expecting more for it being Michael R's last episode

Was anybody else here as disappointed as I was?

The finale wasn't particularly great, but it's been passable as a series overall.

It has a pretty narrow target audience, IMO. Remarkable that it's even been on this long.

And how may heroes from the DC universe can reasonably stumble through Smallville, after all?

The whole arc with the Green Arrow seemed hokey to me.


I've only seen about a dozen episodes of the entire series.

5. Wondered If It Was Last Episode

At the end I was thinking it might be the end of the series. I this point I do not see where they can take the show. It seemed to me that they were trying to close out certain issues for the show. I was not dissappointed at the ending, but I was dissappointed during some parts of the show. I guess that is why I felt it might be the end of the series.
