Help! I recently saw something or heard on the radio about a history book that aims at providing
progressive history that is left out of standard history books like Howard Zinn but recently released.

"Lies My Teacher Told Me" by James Loewen is a wonderful book that does much of what you describe. He has a few other similar books that I hear are really good too.

2. Thanks for the tip. I think the book I am looking for was recently released and has a female author
I may have heard about it on Thom Hartmann
