1. Here is a place to start

but it takes an expert to estimate its actual potential value.

Condition, title, binding, and edition are just some of the peculiars. An inscribed book is often worth less than a signed book, author dependent.

The search I have listed is for signed books, but I see already several aren't. The first actual signed copy starts at just over $11.00

Good luck!

estimate...
Prices on his books vary from around $20 to over $200 depending on the above...Without the dust jacket, you lose around 50%.

3. abebooks.com
www.abebooks.com

That is where many rare booksellers sell their stuff. Pay close attention to details like edition, condition etc. when trying to find a similar value.

I use it all the time for pricing books that I find at estate sales.
