HELP! I think I just found proof of fraud in Oklahoma! (please read)
Everybody,
The DUer themartyred brought this to my attention in another thread:

Here is possible proof of voter fraud in Oklahoma. Compare these two vote totals for John Kerry in Adair County, Oklahoma:

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004//pages/results/states/OK/P/00/county.000.html

http://www.tulsaworld.com/TWPDFs/2004/Final/A_10_11_3_2004.pdf

CNN reports that John Kerry got 2560 votes in Adair County (100% reporting)

BUT

Tulsaworld says that John Kerry got at least 3704 votes in Adair County!!

AND

I found this nice little article that says that voting machines in Oklahoma started counting down votes!:

http://okimc.org/newswire.php?story_id=344

Please forward this information to somebody that can help!!

is it?

According to Ida Brigg's table, the time to request a recount is "open"?

A losing candidate may request a recount of the ballots cast in an election. For elections on issues or questions when no candidate is involved, a recount may only be authorized after a registered voter and participant in the election files a petition with the election board signed by the number of voters required by 26 Okl.St.Ann. § 8-111(b)-(c).

6. Before you get excited
make sure that they didn't spread out the absentee votes to each county thereby making the vote count higher for each county.

8. E-mail notification of all incidents to eirhelp@verifiedvoting.org
if it is not already in the EIRS database http://www.verifiedvoting.org/eirs/ There were several news reporst that they seemed to have missed until I e-mailed them, so its good to be safe and notify them again if you don't see it there.

Here are the cock fight totals

from
<http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=82661&mesg_id=83505&page=>

11. It's not just Adair County ...
Look at the "President: By County" results in the newspaper, and compare to the numbers on CNN. Unofficial or not, those numbers just don't look like they came from the same planet.

I think the Bob Nichols article (the okimc.org link above) is based on this precise discrepancy, since he mentions Tulsa World by name.

14. Maybe the newspaper just screwed up...

Looks to me that CNN and Official State Resualts both show

2560 for Kerry, 4971 for Bush

Tulsaworld from Nov. 3 says

3704 for Kerry, 2137 Bush. But their state totals are way off so these are obviously unofficial, preliminary resulats anyway. Yes it is wierd that Kerry LOST votes between the two, but most like just a mistake in the paper.

15. Equal protection again needs to be applied. 14th amendment.
clear case where paperless machines can not be recounted. Your rights have been violated under the 14th amendment. The war we are fighting is the Orwellian 1984 mixxed with terminator. Thankyou Arnold.

The Class split is the Humans verses the Machines.

every one who got gyped out of the right to vote using paper ballots should be standing up and screaming at the clear violation of the Equal protections act in the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

Its not about skin collor any more, it is about organic skin. That is the Race that gas been disenfranchised. THE HUMAN RACE!

16. After much review, I DO THINK there is likely fraud in Oklahoma...
The pdf file is the "Tulsa World's" original Nov 3 published page A-10:

http://www.tulsaworld.com/TWPDFs/2004/Final/A_10_11_3_2...

Look at the chart in the lower left hand portion of the page. The long thin column/chart is the 70% complete vote count titled "Unofficial" as not all votes were in. Look at the first county - Adair County. Kerry has 3,704 votes. At this time, Kerry was ahead in 57 counties with Bush having a 124,747 vote lead. Then look at the official results, where Kerry lost votes from what he has in above chart in 57 counties -- final results show Kerry losing by at least 433,262 votes (all counties tally)! This stinks and must be investigated! This may be a clue as to potential hacking or programming criteria on margin lead... Let's assume fraud potentially programmed for all areas or maybe even in just "rural areas" (in this case was 57 counties in Oklahoma) where when Kerry starts exceeding some specified margin of lead on Bush... votes get moved from Kerry to Bush or start "counting backwards instead of forward" for Kerry. At approx. 70% complete (example Adair) Kerry has 3,704 votes... final results he has 2,560 (loss of at a minimum of 1144 votes during the last approx. 30% of vote tallies - likely more because if really programmed to go backwards or award Kerry votes to Bush the difference would be larger than than the min. of 1144 lost votes and when DID it start going backwards - BEFORE or AFTER the chart on page A-10 was posted?). This cannot happen in 57 counties by ACCIDENT! STINKS!!!

In the official State Election Board vote totals Adair County votes for Kerry are only 2,560 votes. The count went backwards. Here's the State vote 100 % reporting: (What CNN shows)
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004//pages/results/states/OK/P/00/county.000.html

Here's the official state website version, look on page 3 and 4. The Adair County total is on page 3: (then compare all 57 counties where Kerry showed a lead on page A-10 of Tulsa World Nov. 3rd article): http://www.state.ok.us/~elections/04gen_co.pdf (What Oklahoma site shows)

Do you see? There are 57 counties that go backwards for Kerry.

Here's the story on it that you posted in this thread:
http://okimc.org/newswire.php?story_id=344

Above references are all we need to see that Kerry DID start losing votes at a minimum during the last approx. 30% of vote tally before the final results were posted. STINKS STINKS STINKS

BEV.... where are you??? Shouldn't this be given to the Kerry legal team to investigate (if not already doing so)? This could be a pattern that will be found in more than Oklahoma.

We need to keep this thread kicked!!!!

This is amazing. Something really crazy is going on here. If you visit uselectionatlas.org, you'll see that Kerry ended up not winning ONE Oklahoma county.

19. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS CANNOT BE UNDERESTIMATED!
It proves a systematic pattern to steal votes from John Kerry. If John Kerry won 57 counties in Oklahoma, then chances are he did far, far better elsewhere.
