37. My opinion is that voter-suppression has been

proven but fraud hasn't yet.

I consider the election illegitimate because of the voter suppression-Matt Damschroder of Franklin County, Ohio diverted voting machines from black neighborhoods to white neighborhooods.

I also consider the election illegitmate because of the ease they could have committed fraud with paperless electronic-voting machines.

And for other reasons.

But I don't think fraud has been proven yet (if one makes a distinction between voter-suppression and fraud) and so I don't mind that Al Franken is unconvinced so far.
