The above discusses Ballot On Demand (BOD) systems--which were used in Texas, and in Colorado and Illinois this election. One of them is manufactured by Populex, a company involving former CIA head and Carlyle board member Frank Carlucci. One of the AutoMark, is being contemplated for use here in Minnesota.
