CNN: OHIO provisional ballots

CNN just said Kerry spokespeople think they will be about 50,000 votes short BEFORE counting the provisional ballots ...

CNN reporters said that in 2000, 90% of provisional ballots were eventually counted as votes ... they said there are about 200,000 provisional ballots in Ohio this year ...

the Kerry campaign believes they can make up the 50,000 from the provisional ballots ...
