Optiscan Ohio County DUer needed ASAP!!!
I am posting this for the legal team conducting the OH voter suppression hearings.

IMPORTANT call for volunteers and plaintiffs:

We need a few plaintiffs for the lawsuits that are
being filed concerning
the election.

We need one plaintiff who voted on optical scan in
Ohio this November and
who is worried that their vote may not have been
recorded correctly.

We need another plaintiff who voted on a touchscreen
machine and who is
worried that their vote may not have been tabulated
correctly.

We already have plaintiffs for: punch card,
provisional, and absentee
ballots.

If any of you are Republicans and are interested in
being a plaintiff, or
know someone that is, please contact me, Susan Truitt,
susan.truitt@lexisnexis.com or 614-487-1749. We are
trying to find people
representing various party affiliations.

We also need 25 voters who are willing to be
plaintiffs in the lawsuit for
an election contest that the coalition of nonprofits
announced yesterday.

We still need 2200+ observers for the Green party
recount. Sign up at
www.votecobb.org The Democrats have also indicated
that they will have
observers. I hope that they will have 2200+ as well.
Go to their website to
sign up: www.ohiodems.org

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN OHIO RESIDENT TO BE AN
OBSERVER FOR THE RECOUNT
PROCEDURE!

WHAT DOES BEING A PLAINTIFF MEAN? Your name would be
in the public as a
person who participated in filing the lawsuit(s). You
would have to give
testimony in a hearing or trial, and/or provide
testimony via an affidavit
or deposition. There would be no financial obligation
on your part to be a
plaintiff in these lawsuits.

3. I don't get it...
There are supposedly hundreds of folks who reported voting problems/issues in Ohio, and you still can't find a couple?

What about those voter meetings?

4. good question
I was wondering the same thing. Shouldn't they contact the League of Pissed Off Voters? Or Election Protection?

5. The problem was the majority of counties had punch card
The problem is finding plaintiffs for the much rarer Optiscan & Touchscreen.

They have to be willing to be a plaintiff.
