1. Election Fraud or Voter Fraud? I read announcement from Bowen's office

but what's described in the article sounds like voter fraud to me -- can anyone clarify, please???:shrug:

2. PS, that low residual rate
is on CERTIFIED equipment.

Not perfect, but it has been through the process, unlike what NY is facing.
