question about funds for paper ballots
I seem to remember hearing something about federal funds available for states that want to switch back to paper ballots. I think I heard it in regards to Colorado. I remember thinking, "is that really true?"

So, is it? Can anyone point me to more info?

Thanks!

1. That's been proposed in both current and failed legislation by Rush Holt.
The one up now is HR 5036. I don't know how it's fairing.
