Book recommendation IRV/Preference Voting???

Hi all,

My daughter is taking a class in State and Local Gov't, and is supposed to read and report (7 - 8 pgs) on a book of her choice (related, of course). After I showed her some websites about preference voting, she was really interested, so she needs some recommendations for good books about pref. voting.

She is 22 years old, but just getting back into school after a couple of years off, so hopefully we can come up with something that is interesting enough and not so dry as to turn her off.
