9. Be careful. There is NO guarantee absentee votes will
be counted! Read "Armed Madhouse" by Greg Palast. Please. Everyone. He outlines how the past 2 elections were stolen and how the next one will be.

2. Even Tweety commented on how bad it was on his show tonight!
He said he never received his absentee ballot and neither did the people at the polls. He said "It's a good thing I was in town today!"

Let's hope, since it finally affected someone in the MSM soething will be fixed!

3. Just reading the stories.....I think that some new laws must
be implemented....those that are in charge of elections (machines, ballots, keys whatever)if they fail to do the jobs they were elected to do during elections then they should be prosecuted....this is bullshit...they have had plenty of time to be prepared..this is how serious the voting problems are...they should be prosecuted...

Many of them eye-opening about the background to this nightmare which has a lot to do with bipartisan corruption. I suggest you check them out first.

6. MD voters voting after 8pm get Provisional Ballot
Maryland Board of Elections' website say that voters who vote after 8 p.m. will have to cast a
provisional ballot "according to federal law."? (source:
http://www.elections.state.md.us/).

this is from HAVA... here's a cite:

42 U.S.C. 15482(c) or §302(c) of HAVA:

Any individual who votes in an election for Federal office as a result
of a Federal or State court order or any other order extending the
time established for closing the polls by a State law in effect 10
days before the date of that election may only vote in that election
by casting a provisional ballot under subsection (a) of this section.
Any such ballot cast under the preceding sentence shall be separated
and held apart from other provisional ballots cast by those not
affected by the order.
