Seeking info - Colorado decertified Diebold opscans?

Back around the time of the Hursti Hack and when CA, PA, and a few other states had decertified Diebold opscans, I have an unconfirmed reference that CO had put certification on hold, or something to that affect. I can't find anything on it now. If anyone has this info please send me a link or something.

2. right, thanks, but i'm not referring to litigation

it was more like an election official put opscans on hold to see what happened in CA with McPherson and the testing. i could be wrong; i may need to dig through my emails to find the reference.
