1. Here's a thought
Tell him to get some friends together. Take them to the next meeting of your county Supervisors. Let the kids use the public comment period to address the Supes. Encourage them to speak their mind, perhaps with the suggestion to express their incredulousness at the Supes' willingness to accept election results when they themselves haven't seen and can't prove that the votes were counted accurately. Maybe the kids could even form a group for themselves and you could help them put out a press release in advance. Have them ask the Supes to put on their next agenda a discussion of possibly switching to hand counted paper ballots.

Another point you might encourage them to include, along these same lines, is dismay that the media is reporting what can't be proven and what they haven't independently verified. Of course these are all the same tactics we're using as grown-ups here in Humboldt County, CA - and we're making progress. I can only imagine the added impact if this message was coming from a troop of polite kids, or even just one child if he promotes himself.

2. If everything was on the up and up
there should be a place where he could go to see the vote's being counted, but thats not the case in America.

The only way for him to see the vote's being counted, is to do what you say, fight for it, And that is SAD,VERY VERY SAD.

3. If your son is willing to speak in public
the simple wisdom of a child's voice could be so powerful to our movement.

5. School Club?
Will his school let him start an "election reform" club (maybe don't call it that).
