That's what I was just hearing from Mike Malloy on AAR. If so, that should be good for JFK.

11. cuyahoga county is only 10% reported, yet over 40% of state is.
this number will swing for Kerry.

12. I just went through county by county
You've got virtually every county that has Shrub on top at the 60 or 70% level counted. Many Bush counties are 100% reporting with typical 20,000 or 30,000 TOTAL (both candidates included).

THEN you have counties like Cuyahoga 74,316 for Kerry and 47,367 Shrub and ONLY 9.96% reporting. If the ratio continues huge gains to come for Kerry. In virtually every county where Kerry is up he is up by big percentages on big absolute numbers, with low percentages reporting.

Same for Lucas County and Summit County.
