3. they were waitning for the "T"
Kerry did very well in traditionally republican counties of Montgomery and Bucks. The counties surrounding Philly usually offset dem advantages for dems. Not this time. This area is moderate and the repubs can not carry the state with social conservatives. One prize claimed.
