I signed the petition; I think it is an excellent idea. FYI it states "This election belongs to the voters in CA-50, and people all across the nation have an interest in its outcome."

I also think it is essential that anyone calling for this in CA call attention to what may have been done with the paper ballots and records since June 6. If pollworkers got to take the voting machines home, God knows what has happened to the paper ballots.
