Poll question: Election Day Poll: Notice anything suspicious? (Post a link.)
Many important threads about problems with today's voting. This is an attempt at making one big thread that goes up and gets seen long enough to gather responses from all states that were voting today, about all election validity issues.

Here's a start, posted by GregD:

1. Can I vote in my own poll?
Embarrassed to ask. (Looking around.)

Okay, I'll vote provisionally, and anyone who wants to can count it.

I vote yes on all counts.

Starting with Diebold, and going on to ES&S, Kevin Shelley, HAVA, NSA, the recall of Gray Davis, the level 10 terrorist alert on the building where they counted Warren Country, Ohio's votes the night of November 2, 2004...

Post your 6-6-06 stories here.

2. nothing bad happened where i voted. that i know of.
the scanner didn't allow me to check the results. that was not good. election worker noticed my displeasure and said "i hear you. i voted the same way you did." so that made me feel better, knowing there was a worker actually concerned with voting rights rather than a partisan trying to throw the votes to his party.

3. Something curious
A young woman was seated outside my polling place taking an exit survey. I asked who was the survey for and she showed me a sheet with a name of an individual. The woman did not seem to have many clues about her employer or the reason for the survey. It struck me as odd.

5. LA county
sorry. it's late. tired. the story is on bradblog. The central tabulator has a modem attached to it. And there is a computer with gems2 software (not certified for use) right next to the room with the tabulator. Election protection people went to court yesterday to file an injunction. The judge said there would only be a problem if there were malfeasance, and election fraud has never happened here, so no injunction. Today we were observing the vote tallying for AL county and one of the managers said that the central computer is hooked up to a computer in downey, in another town, and feeding all the information there. That was recorded on tape.

Or did McCormack make a decision herself?

malfeasance? It is against the SOS order.

I knew this is where the problem is in LA -invisible tabulation!
